Terms and Conditions for Crystal Sage Wellness

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using this website crystalsagewellness.com/ca and/or booking any services offered by Crystal Sage Wellness ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website or book our services. 

2. Services:

We offer Reiki and other energy wellness treatments (the "Services").  The specific details of each service, including duration, price, and what it entails, will be provided on the relevant service page or during the booking process.

3. Bookings and Cancellations:

• Booking:  Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.  A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful booking.
• Cancellation: We require 24 Hour notice for cancellations.  Cancellations made less than 24 Hours before the appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment.

4. Payment:

• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, cash.
•  Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged with us.  If you have made prior arrangements for payment at the time of service, this will be confirmed in writing (via email).  It is your responsibility to ensure payment is made at the agreed-upon time. 
•  No Refunds for Services Rendered:  All sales are final.  Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued.  This policy applies regardless of your individual experience or perceived results from the treatment. 

5. Disclaimer:

• Not Medical Advice: Reiki and other energy wellness treatments are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.  They are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care.  If you have any health concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional.
• Individual Results:  Results may vary from person to person.  We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any treatment.
• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Services and assume all risks associated with them.

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

7. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Crystal Sage Wellness and is protected by copyright law.  You may not use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
